The TFB client portal is a fully integrated Internet-based support system which enables our customers to directly log support calls into our main support database, and then to subsequently monitor their progress.
Using the Client Portal you may:
- Log a new support call or monitor progress of an existing call
- Update a specific support call with new information
- Update customer contact information
- Search the Knowledge Base 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Download product updates, service bulletins and release guides
- Suggest and contribute to product enhancements
- Discuss products in the TFB forum
- Purchase products and services in our online sales area
